Can you believe it is almost April? Time is flying past us once again and Easter is quickly approaching us. I remember Jude’s first Easter, he was about eight months old and I had a hard time figuring out what to put in his basket. This time around, he is 2.5 and Hope is 4 months old. If you plan on doing a basket for your babies, here’s a guide for you to give you some ideas as to what you can put in your little one’s basket. If your baby is too small for some of these, don’t worry, before you know it they’ll grow into it. We got our four month old teethers even though she’s not teething yet but she will be soon, we wanted to make sure she had her own basket and was still included in the Easter fun!
0 – 12 Month Olds:
- Munch Mittens; These are great for teething babies. They already put everything in their mouths at this age so these neat mittens help by adding some texture while also giving some relief for those itchy gums
- Teethers
- WubbaNub
- Flannel or Swaddle Blankets, sleep sack, and swaddle wraps; You can’t seem to have too many of these
- Security Blankets/Blankie; Target has some really cute ones
- Bandana Bibs
- Burp Rags; these are also super handy and we always have one or two near us at all times
- Baby Inkless Hand and Foot Print Kit; You can find these at Target. They are a super sweet way to mark baby’s first Easter. You can even do it every year and turn it into a tradition and see how much they’ve grown.
